This photo was taken at 11:04:04 AM on April 3, 2024 at Wetmore Landing near Marquette, Michigan. Lake Superior is a very important place/object in my life, I was first introduced to it on family trips to Duluth, Grand Marais, and other areas on the north shore of Minnesota, my home state. I have always loved the area, so when my brother decided to attend NMU I was happy to visit him and see the lake from another shore. This is what eventually led to me following in his footsteps and ending up at NMU as well. Sights like these, of the open water, rocks, and pine trees, are one of the reasons I find myself spending as much time in theses areas as I can.
